    有關創星匯(OASA)

     

    由「感知」到「發問」再到「重構」以至「加速」,並最終達至「催化」。

     

     

    創星匯的名字是來自獵戶座的啟發。獵戶座對地球而言是獨特的存在,它是銀河系中離地球最近的星雲之一,許多天文學家透過獵戶座觀測恆星的誕生。 同樣地,創星匯 (OASA)是一個孕育地,雲集各界領袖將經驗傳承予下一代,共同解決未來的難題。創星匯是一個開放的平台,讓不同企業及領袖可以交流想法,使大眾皆能得益於太空經濟發展。

     

    位於香港對創星匯(OASA)是一個獨立的非牟利組織,OASA無任何政治取態,旨在為全球對太空發展有抱負的年輕領袖,提供發展支援,同時促進一個合作、研究和創新的新時代。創星匯是香港大學太空研究實驗室的合作夥伴,同時亦與全球具前瞻性的太空發展相關的機構、頂尖學府通力合作,共同為太空經濟貢獻所長。

     

    研究指出,當人一同工作,一同在旅程上解決挑戰性的問題時,幸福感會有所提升同時促使我們變得更加積極。讓我們一同創造美好的未來,在嶄新有趣的項目上,拓展想像力,培育年青人。

    2030年讓香港成為太空發展門戶以及智慧城市

    創星匯於 2021年2月12日在香港成立總部。

    為什麼發展太空?為什麼成立於香港?


    太空發展與我們生活息息相關,合適的技術能開啟嶄新的世界。數碼科技人才遇上適合的市場成就無數企業的可持續發展。同樣地智慧城市需要科技的配合才能轉型成功,當中太空數據的應用是不可或缺的一部分。

    當了解到整個大局及現實無限的可能性,不單使我們大開眼界,也令我們為未來創新機會和發展做好準備。更重要的是,當我們一同搭上這一高速發展的順風車,與不同的創業家並肩前行,這將會源源不絕提供正面新力量。

    展望2025年...

     

     

  • 我們的使命

    通過觀察和試驗,我們積極探索新興數碼科技市場。我們推廣成功的商業案例,與不同的企業合作,為企業發掘新市場、指導及培育年青人才,為新一代創業家尋找資源、訂立企業的「環境、社會、企業管治」(ESG)策略。我們與企業通力合作,改善企業的社會責任,鼓勵企業提供創造美好生活的產品與服務,並為環境、客戶、員工等社會上不同持份者作出貢獻。若將地球比作太空船,那就讓我們一同為「地球號」努力。

    2021 年(完成)

    開展各類普及太空經濟教育項目、校際比賽以香港及大灣區為重心,推廣創業、創意、創新。與香港大學共同開發「立方衛星」(CubeSat)導師培訓課程,培訓大學生成為項目導師。

     

    2022 年

    與年輕的企業家一起參與的數位化轉型,以及中小企業的Mission Moonshot Challenges。年輕企業家們都會得到國際導師的指導。我們在不同的教育構試行OASA學生分會以招攬年輕的企業家和籌備不同的項目(詳情請參閱OASA Young Marco Polo Programme)。

     

    2025年

    到2025年,人類將在月球表面看到五個月球基地。準備好了嗎?香港可以嘗試在元界中創造一個月球基地,讓每個人都擁有自主的空間。

    OASA Member’s Privacy
    
    We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of those making applications or requests to participate (“Participants” or “you”) in our activities (“Activities”) by observing and ensuring full compliance with the requirements stipulated under the Ordinance. We are equally committed to ensuring that all our internal processes uphold these obligations. We recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. That’s why we have put a policy in place to protect your personal data. Please read on for more details on how we handle your personal data.

    What does the Academy collect and how do we use the data collected?
    
    If personal data is collected in the process of making enquiries or submitting applications or requests to participate in our activities, participants will be informed via the respective Personal Information Collection Statements of such purposes and uses, including the extent of their transfer and disclosure; and the right of access to and correction of the collected personal data.
    
     
    
    Will the Academy disclose or transfer the data it collects to outside parties?
    
    The Academy will NOT disclose or transfer personal data collected to outside parties unless such disclosure or transfer is authorised, required or permitted by, or in compliance with, the Ordinance.     We are required by the Ordinance to take all reasonably practicable steps to safeguard the security of personal data held by us. The Academy will strive to protect any personal data held by us against unauthorized access or processing.
    
     
    
    Notwithstanding our obligation to safeguard the security of personal data, we are unable to guarantee complete security of electronic communications through the internet given the open nature of the internet. You will have to assess and accept the relevant risks before sending personal data to us via email or any form of electronic communications.

    Accuracy and Retention of Personal Data
    
     
    
    We are required by the Ordinance to take all reasonable practicable steps to ensure that personal data held by us (i) is accurate having regard to the purposes for which the data is to be used; and (ii) is not kept longer than is necessary for the fulfilment of the
    
    purpose for which the data is to be used unless otherwise permitted by the Ordinance or required by any applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Please note that personal data collected from a Participant who has opted to receive direct marketing materials will be retained for that purpose until he or she notifies us otherwise.

    Direct Marketing of the Academy’s Activities and Publications
    
     
    
    Subject to the applicable requirements under the Ordinance, we may from time to time send direct marketing materials promoting Activities, publications, services, products or facilities to you using your personal data. Please refer to the relevant Personal Information Collection Statement for details. Opt-out channel or facilities will be provided to enable you to exercise your right to opt out from direct marketing.
    
     
    
    We will not provide your personal data to third parties for direct marketing or other unrelated purposes without your consent.
